Good things…
I’ve wanted to see Alkaline Trio since i was roughly 16 years old but life gets in the way and suddenly, you’re 25 and you hear they are playing Cambridge 15th. May at the Junction but tickets are £16.50. I hit a morale crossing. Do i swallow it and pay the high ticket price for a band i’ve wanted to see for years or go to work that night?
I bumped into the promoter, Sean, at work the other night and expressed my concerns and his reply was as follows: “What you on about? You aren’t paying. You’re taking photos and drinking backstage with me and meeting the band”. Dumbfounded.
Then tonight i find that tomorrow night at work i am taking photos of Matt Cardle. This week has been a good one. Nice to know the balance of things that bring you down can be tipped to keep your head above water once in a while. I’m not depressed, i’m hardly even down, but those little things can help those monumental trials life throws at you seem less life shattering.
My photography is getting me more work for better pay these days. I make a living off of taking photos. I love it.
Up in the DJ booth… acting a douche.
Business is business and pizza is best at 4am.
Late nights and photography go hand in hand. Flirt tonight in Cambridge. Rocking it.
This is me going to Revs after being at Ballare for Chipmunk the other night… He didn’t show up. I got paid for nothing. I had a drink and listened to the White Noise guys perform. It was a pretty rad night.

Merry Xmas from that dick with the camera.
